The percussion overdubs from Bobby Holland’s drum session at Pentavirate Studios in Nashville: two tambourine takes, each captured on overheads and a room mic, and a shaker on an SF-2 up close. Bobby called the SF-2 on shaker the best-sounding shaker he’s ever heard.

Every track sits on the same timeline, so switching keeps your place. The first 20 seconds are both tambourine takes. After that, the shaker comes in with tambourine take 1 playing alongside it.
